Who's behind rkm designs

rkm designs is a San Antonio web design studio run by Russell K Mitchell Jr. For now it's a one-person shop, which means when you work with rkm designs, you work directly with the person designing and building your site. No account managers, no handoffs, no getting lost in a queue.

My background is in freelance creative work, graphic design and video editing for clients across different industries. Spending years making things that have to grab attention and hold it taught me what actually moves people to act, and that's the skill I now pour into websites.

Why "rkm"?

rkm comes from my initials, Russell K Mitchell. It's pronouncedar-kum, a nod to Arkham from the Batman universe. It's a small thing, but it's memorable, and a memorable name is the same thing I want to build for every client: an identity people don't forget.

Design that converts, not just decorates

I'm based here, I know the local market, and a lot of my work is for San Antonio service businesses, contractors, home services, trades, wellness, professional services, and more. That said, the work isn't limited by the map. Everything I build is done remotely, so I happily work with businesses anywhere in the United States. Whether you're down the street in San Antonio or across the country, the goal is the same: a site built to win you clients.
